Got into an accident? Here’s what to do:

One Insurance Work
If your vehicle is in the way of traffic, put your hazard lights on and safely move your car to the nearest verge or curb.
Two Insurance Work
Check that everyone in the vehicle is okay. If there are any injuries, dial 111 for an ambulance. Report injuries to police within 24 hours. If there is a dispute, report to the police immediately by dialing 111.
Three Insurance Work
If there are witnesses, ask for their name and number with details on the accident on the next page.
Four Insurance Work
Assess the damage to your vehicle. Is it safe to drive or do you need a tow truck? Our towing partner A1 can help tow your car. Dial 0800 220 033 and mention CarPro Milford.
Five Insurance Work
If possible, use a camera or mobile phone to photograph the damage or sketch a picture.
